Frank Lampard has finally signed a new deal with Chelsea making him(alongwith John Terry) the highest paid footballer in British Football..His new deal, worth an average of almost £130,000 a week, will peak at around £140,000 during the third year before being scaled down as he approaches the age of 35 when the contract expires in 2013.
With Lampard staying at the Bridge..I don't see any reason now why Chelsea shoul lose any competetion...Chelsea has by far the Strongest midfield in the premiership and with Drogba staying and Anelka finding his form(not to mention Sheva) the Attacking force seems quite formidable as well and the defence to is strong as ever with Bosingwa in the squad..And most of all now we have a proper manager in Scolari..Beware!!!
